Silver-Coated Foley Catheters to Reduce UTIs: A Randomized Clinical Trial

Silver-coated catheters did not reduce urinary tract infections (UTIs) after pelvic floor surgery (PFS). This study found no significant difference in UTI rates between silver-coated and standard silicone catheters in women undergoing PFS.
