Association Between Nocturnal Hypoxemia Parameters and Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction: A Cross-Sectional Study.

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is linked to coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD). Nocturnal hypoxemia, particularly low minimum oxygen saturation and time spent below 90% oxygen, is independently associated with CMD, suggesting these parameters better reflect the OSA-CMD link than the apnea-hypopnea index.
