    • Brown recluse spider bites may not be self-limiting and can induce pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) or PG-like lesions.
    • Arthropod bites, in general, may trigger PG in susceptible individuals.
    • The management of these PG-like lesions resulting from spider bites can be challenging.
