Exogenous heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) encapsulated in grapefruit-derived extracellular vesicles (GEVs) significantly enhances antitumor immunity against colorectal cancer. This novel GEV-HSP70 approach requires 20 times less protein to activate immune responses, reducing tumor size and improving survival in animal models.
