Summary

Tranexamic acid (TXA) and vancomycin powder (VP) can reduce chondrocyte viability and proliferation with prolonged exposure exceeding 48 hours in vitro. Limiting exposure time may ensure safety in total knee arthroplasty (TKA) applications.
