Granuloma annulare of the eyelid

A five-year-old patient presented with nodular lesions on the left upper lid, index finger and thigh. Biopsy revealed granuloma annulare. The lesions resolved without treatment. This entity should be considered in the differential diagnosis of eyelid nodules.
