Summary

Autogenous Demineralized Dentin Matrix (ADDM) effectively promotes bone density and reduces probing depth in third molar extraction sockets. While pain and swelling showed no significant difference, ADDM offers satisfactory outcomes for socket preservation.

Background:

Purpose of the Study:
