Summary

Rheumatoid factor (RF) autoantibodies can reduce treatment effectiveness for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. Certolizumab pegol (CZP), a TNF inhibitor lacking an Fc region, shows sustained efficacy in patients with high RF levels.
