A new lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, intersex, and asexual (LGBTQIA+) health elective course was implemented. While perceived capabilities didn't change, the course fostered professional identity, allyship, and addressed concerns, highlighting the need for such curricula in pharmacy education.
