[Mechanisms of the inotropic action of nonachlazine]

It has been demonstrated clinically and experimentally that administration of nonachlazine enhances myocardial contractility because of the stimulation of beta-adrenostructures and that the initial status of the latter ones determines in many respects the drug action intensity.
