Alkaline-processed grape seed extract (ATGSE) effectively reduces prostate and seminal vesicle size and PSA levels in a benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) animal model. ATGSE shows superior efficacy compared to standard grape seed extract (GSE) for BPH treatment.
