    Background:

    • Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (AHHE) is a rare vascular tumor.
    • Also known as subcutaneous angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia or atypical pyogenic granuloma.
    • Typically presents on the head and neck, with a high recurrence rate.

    Observation:

    • A unique case of AHHE occurring on the hand is presented.
    • This location is highly unusual for this specific tumor type.
    • The tumor was surgically excised.

    Findings:

    • The hand tumor, a rare presentation of AHHE, was completely removed.
    • No recurrence was observed 4 years post-surgery.
    • This case expands the known anatomical distribution of AHHE.

    Implications:

    • Complete surgical excision appears to be an effective treatment for hand AHHE.
