Summary

This study shows that combining audiovisual stimulation with physical therapy improved nystagmus and ataxia symptoms in a patient with fragile X-associated tremor/ataxia syndrome (FXTAS). The treatment enhanced visual function, balance, and mobility, with lasting benefits.
