Coil Embolization for Right Ventricular Pseudoaneurysm

Findings:

• Successful coil embolization was performed to treat the right ventricular pseudoaneurysm.
• This percutaneous approach excluded the pseudoaneurysmal sac.
• The primary goal of management is to prevent catastrophic cardiac rupture.

Implications:

• Percutaneous exclusion represents an innovative treatment for right ventricular pseudoaneurysms.
• This technique is a viable option for patients who are poor surgical candidates.
• Successful embolization may reduce morbidity and mortality associated with ventricular pseudoaneurysms.
