  • Underrepresentation of female, ethnic minority, and sexual and gender minority individuals in T&O is noted.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To conduct a national workforce survey of demographics and working patterns in Scottish T&O.
  • To assess the current state of diversity and inclusion within the T&O specialty in Scotland.
