Factor XIa Inhibitor Reversal in Intracranial Hemorrhage: A Case Report

Reversing bleeding from factor XIa inhibitors is difficult. A combination of recombinant activated factor VII (rFVIIa) and tranexamic acid (TXA) may be effective for life-threatening hemorrhage.
