Therapeutic Physical Exercise for Dysmenorrhea: A Scoping Review

Aerobic exercise is a promising non-drug approach for reducing menstrual pain in women. This review found aerobic training, especially for women in their 20s, to be the most common therapeutic physical exercise for dysmenorrhea relief.
