Cognitive impairment in people with multiple sclerosis (pwMS) is linked to Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) severity, not Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Early RLS screening and treatment are crucial for improving information processing speed (IPS) in pwMS.
