[Structure of the binding center of the serotonin S2 receptor]

Abstract:
On the basis of literary data on the relative efficiency of interactions between different ligands and receptors the model of binding site of S2-serotonin receptor has been carried out. The binding site consists of anion centre and two donor acceptor groups, its topography satisfies the stereochemical requirements and phisico-chemical characteristics of receptor-ligand interaction for wide-range compounds.
