Ultrasound-guided suprazygomatic maxillary (SZM) nerve blocks reduce intraoperative opioid use and post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) stay for nasal surgery patients. This alternative pain management strategy enhances recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocols effectively.
