Key performance indicators in emergency department simulation: a scoping review

This study identifies and classifies key performance indicators (KPIs) for emergency department (ED) simulations using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework. The findings offer a comprehensive set of KPIs to enhance ED performance measurement and improvement.
