Summary

Increasing stimulation amplitude and using multi-electrode stimulation in cochlear implants significantly improves electrically evoked Stapedius Reflex Threshold (eSRT) detection rates. This enhances the estimation of the Most Comfortable Loudness level (MCL) without compromising accuracy.
