Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy using intensity-modulated radiotherapy (NAC-IMRT) shows improved survival for resectable pancreatic cancer (R-PDAC) compared to upfront surgery. NAC-IMRT also effectively suppresses tumor invasion with manageable toxicity.
