Canine uveodermatologic syndrome (UDS) can lead to neurological issues like meningoencephalitis of unknown etiology (MUE). Early diagnosis and aggressive immunosuppressive therapy are crucial for managing canine neurological complications associated with UDS.

- Vigilant monitoring for neurological signs or more aggressive immunosuppressive treatment may be warranted for dogs diagnosed with UDS post-enucleation to prevent neurological progression.
