    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate age-related differences in chromosomal damage in human lymphocytes.
    • To assess the impact of radiolabeled thymidine and BrdU on lymphocyte chromosomes from young and old donors.

    • Lymphocytes from young and old donors were cultured with PHA.
    • Cells were exposed to [3H]Tdr or BrdU.
