Switching to levomethadone improves methadone-induced hyperhidrosis: A case report

Levomethadone may effectively treat hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) in patients undergoing methadone maintenance therapy for heroin addiction. Switching from methadone to levomethadone significantly reduced sweating in a case study.
