Summary

Parkinson's disease (PD) patients show higher hearing thresholds at high frequencies. While auditory brainstem responses (ABR) were similar, cortical auditory evoked potentials (CAEP) revealed reduced amplitudes, indicating impaired auditory processing in PD.
