Heart Rate Variability in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

Continuous heart rate variability (HRV) monitoring did not predict worsening pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) or treatment response. However, elevated resting and sleep heart rates did predict clinical worsening in PAH patients.
