Assessing Dentinal Microcracks using Micro-CT after Root Canal Preparation with Different Rotary Endodontic File

This study compared dentinal microcrack propagation in root canals using TruNatomy and MicroMega ONE RECI file systems. Both rotary endodontic systems showed similar effects on dentin integrity, with no significant differences in microcrack formation.
