Abstract:
We present a facile strategy to improve the conductivity and homogeneousness of nickel oxide nanoparticles (NiO NPs). The inverted flexible perovskite solar cells (F-PSCs) prepared with NiO achieved impressive efficiencies of 22.68% under AM 1.5G and 35.59% under 1000 lux, respectively.
