Decanoic acid-enriched ketogenic diet in refractory epilepsy

A C10-enriched medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) ketogenic diet (KD) shows promise for refractory epilepsy, offering similar efficacy and tolerability to the classic KD. This diet may benefit patients unresponsive to traditional ketogenic therapy.
