Abstract:
In this study, we unambiguously evidence, by mean of UV-Vis and NMR technics supported by theoretical calculations, that a narcissistic H-bond self-sorting takes place during supramolecular polymerization of a newly designed monomer equipped with mixed urea/amide H-bond donor/acceptor moieties.
