Ocular Biometry and Genomic Association in Primary Angle Closure Disease. A Descriptive study

Primary angle closure disease (PACD) patients exhibit distinct ocular biometric parameters, including shorter axial length and shallower anterior chambers, compared to controls. Genetic analysis of PCMTD1 and COL11A1 genes did not reveal a significant association with PACD in this population.
