    Bacterial overgrowth is common after gastrectomy, but inflammatory strictures are rare. This case highlights infectious jejunitis leading to jejunal stenosis post-gastrojejunostomy.

    • Subsequent jejunal stenosis was identified as a complication of the infectious process.

    Implications:

    • This case underscores the potential for infectious processes to cause rare complications like inflammatory strictures after gastrojejunostomy.
