Exploring Hypercoagulability in Post-COVID Syndrome (PCS): An Attempt at Unraveling the Endothelial Dysfunction

Post-COVID syndrome (PCS) patients exhibit prolonged thrombo-inflammatory dysregulation, with elevated thrombin generation and abnormal von Willebrand factor (VWF)/ADAMTS13 ratios in some individuals. These findings highlight key coagulation abnormalities in long COVID.
