Rapid Detection of Alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP) with Lateral Flow Aptasensor

We developed a novel lateral flow aptasensor for detecting alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) in serum. This antibody-free assay uses aptamers and gold nanoparticles for fast, visual, and on-site detection, promising for point-of-care applications.
