Is Routine Skin Prick Testing Essential in Managing Pediatric Chronic Urticaria?

Skin prick tests (SPTs) may not be necessary for diagnosing chronic urticaria (CU) in children unless IgE-mediated allergies are suspected. This study suggests reevaluating routine SPTs for cost-effective pediatric CU management.

- Further research into alternative diagnostic methods for pediatric CU is warranted.
