Comparative analysis between abdominal aortic aneurysm and popliteal artery aneurysm

Popliteal artery aneurysms (PAA) exhibit greater mechanical strength than abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA). However, AAA walls show increased B lymphocytes and adipogenic differentiation in the adventitia, unlike PAA.
