Oestrous cycle synchronization protocols in rats using cloprostenol and progesterone injections

This study shows that combining cloprostenol (Cl) and progesterone (Pg) injections effectively synchronizes oestrous cycles in female rats. The Cl+Pg+Cl protocol achieved 100% conception efficiency on the first day post-injection.
