Regenerative therapy using gelatin sponge, basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), and fibrin glue demonstrates long-term stability for tympanic membrane perforation (TMP) closure. This safe and feasible approach maintains high closure rates comparable to traditional surgeries.
