Summary

Fetal treatment with IL-1 receptor antagonists (IL-1RA) did not fully resolve intrauterine inflammation in a sheep model. However, it showed promise in reducing fetal brain injury markers and tissue invasion, suggesting potential benefits for preterm birth complications.
