Robotically-assisted total knee arthroplasty (RA-TKA) demonstrates superior accuracy in achieving coronal and sagittal alignment targets compared to manual instrumentation (M-TKA). This improved precision in total knee arthroplasty may lead to better patient outcomes and fewer complications.
