Specific Non-Coding RNAs Involve in and Regulate the Transcriptional Network during Keloid Formation

This study reveals that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and microRNAs (miRNAs) are key regulators in keloid formation. These non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) form a complex network influencing immune cell infiltration and disease development.
