Abstract:
Techniques for tricuspid regurgitation repair are advancing rapidly. Post-procedure rhythm disorders have been reported, although they are quite unknown. Choosing the type of pacing can be challenging. We present a patient with slow atrial fibrillation and syncope secondary to asystole, following transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement, who underwent His bundle pacing.
