    • To evaluate the prevalence of dental neglect among children in Eastern Turkey.
    • To investigate the relationship between dental neglect and children's oral health status.

    • A cross-sectional study involving 215 children and parents.
    • Dental neglect assessed using the Dental Neglect Scale (DNS).
    • Oral health evaluated using the Decayed, Missing, and Filled Teeth (DMFT) index and Oral Hygiene Index.
