Dynamic susceptibility contrast (DSC) perfusion is feasible at 7T MRI, enabling reliable measurement of perfusion parameters like relative cerebral blood volume (rCBV) and relative cerebral blood flow (rCBF). This technique provides high-resolution maps for lesion assessment.
