  • Spiculate sign, vascular convergence, lobulated sign, diameter, border blur, vacuole sign, age, gender, family history of cancer, pleura traction, air bronchogram sign, and calcification are significant predictors of malignancy in solid pulmonary nodules (SPNs).
  • These findings can influence clinical management strategies.
  • Further large-scale studies are recommended to validate these predictive markers.
