Combined Inflammatory Markers for Predicting Acute Exacerbations in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With

The neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), C-reactive protein/albumin ratio (CAR), and serum amyloid A (SAA) can predict acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) with respiratory failure (RF). Combined assessment of these markers offers reliable prediction for AECOPD with RF.
