MLH1 Methylation Status and Microsatellite Instability in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

MLH1 methylation was compared with microsatellite instability (MSI) in colorectal cancer (CRC) patients. While MLH1 methylation was linked to MSI-High, specific methylation regions showed no correlation with MSI presence.
