Summary

This pilot study shows a stepped care model combining low-intensity This Way Up (TWU) with Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is effective for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The approach improved PTSD, depression, and quality of life, demonstrating feasibility and meaningful mental health impact.
